Massachusetts Design Art & Technology Institute, DATMA, is considering proposals for an outdoor art installation centered around the theme of shelter. This temporary public artwork shall be installed at a busy intersection of New Bedford, MA, therefore becoming a part of the daily lives of its residents.
Rewards: 3x $1,000 for proposals, 1x $25,000 budget including installation, travel and accommodation
School of Computer, Data & Information Sciences | Outdoor Art Commission
The School of Computer, Data & Information Sciences (CDIS) will commission outdoor art for the planter area outside of their new building opening in 2025. The commissioned work shall welcome people the new site and will be viewable from various elevated vantage points.
