Bettina Hutschek is a guest curator of ArtConnect's Artists to Watch ‘22


Bettina Hutschek is a visual artist, filmmaker, and curator. She studied Art History, Philosophy and Fine Arts. She worked in Art Mediation and was visiting scholar at NYU, Department of Performance Studies, Tisch School of the Arts. Her work has been exhibited and presented internationally. As founder and director of FRAGMENTA Malta, she organizes pop-up exhibitions in public spaces of Malta since 2013. She was co-curator of the Malta Pavilion at Biennale di Venezia 2017. Today, she uses fragments of different realities to examine the possibilities of knowledge transfer –that is: to tell stories.
