De Ateliers | Two-Year Residency Program
The two-year program at De Ateliers offers an extended period of support for artists to practice in light, bright and spacious studios in central Amsterdam. The program is accompanied by regular studio visits, further facilities, exhibition opportunities and access to a thriving community of artists.
Duration: Two years
Rewards: €15.864 yearly stipend, €2,000 yearly production budget, accommodation, studio & exhibition. Note: participation fee of €3.000 is deducted from the stipend.

Dutch Foundation for Literature | Residency for Writers in Amsterdam
Operating since 2006, the Dutch Foundation for Literature invites international authors who have had their work translated into Dutch as writers-in-residence. Their space in the heart of Amsterdam has a history of hosting renowned international authors who have produced some of their most acclaimed work.
Duration: 4-6 weeks
Rewards: Writers’ grant, accommodation in central Amsterdam, publication and event opportunities.
Dutch Foundation for Literature
Thami Mnyele Foundation | Residency for Artists from Africa and Diaspora
The aim of Thami Mnyele Foundation’s artist-in-residence program is to invite artists from Africa and the diaspora in order to facilitate cultural exchange. Their studios are based in an old school building and are the perfect environment for artistic reflection, development and dialogue.
Duration: 3 months
Rewards: A monthly stipend of €1800, travel to Amsterdam, accommodation, studio & visa assistance.
Rijksakademie | Two-Year Residency
The Rijksakademie has been operating for over 150 years, making it one of the most prestigious institutions in the Netherlands. Offering a two-year residency program with significant funding, their program should not be overlooked by artists interested in developing their practice in Amsterdam.
Duration: Two years
Rewards: €19,800 stipend, €2,500 working budget per year, studio, facilities & visa support.

Françoise van de Bosch Foundation | Residency for International Jewellery Artists
The residency program run by the Françoise van den Bosch Foundation is an absolutely unique opportunity for international jewellery artists. Not only are resident artists offered an impressive living and workspace, they are granted access to one of the most vibrant communities of jewellery artists in the world.
Duration: 3 months
Rewards: €500 grant, studio apartment/workshop, exhibition and networking opportunities

Nieuw en Meer | Guest Studio Residency
Home to over 100 artists and creative businesses, Nieuw en Meer is an incredible creative community set in a former squatted military depot. It is also located beside a beautiful park and lake, yet is still close to central Amsterdam, therefore offering the best of both worlds and the perfect setting for artistic development.
Duration: Up to three months
Fee: €450 per month or €575 for couples
Rewards: Studio apartment with workspace
